Chartered Financial Planner

After graduating from Strathclyde University in 2015 with a BSc in Mathematics, Statistics and Finance, Max joined Close Brothers Asset Management via their graduate programme, working through the ranks and gaining experience in all aspects of the planning process for the firm’s high-net-worth clients.

Max also worked his way through the Chartered Insurance Institute exam process, achieving ‘Chartered Financial Planner’ status.

Max joined the Fitzallan team in August 2021.

Outside of work, for a number of years Max was a scout leader, involved in the organisation of camps and the weekly running of his local group.  However, when not at the beck and call of his partner and their dog, Max now channels his energies into socialising with family and friends whilst trying his best to play golf.   He also plays Sunday League football and, when not carrying any sporting injuries, enjoys travelling to new places and trying out new experiences whenever he can.
